Cole Henry - Team Motoworks Pro/Am Racer
Tops Podium At WORCS Round 1
Cole Henry of the AMA-ATV MX National series was offered a chance to go out West and ride the Pro-Am class for Team Motoworks CanAm at the WORCS series. Henry races the #100 quad as the only Can-Am Motoworks rider in the Pro-Am class.
A Round 1 of this year's series at Speedworld MX in Surprise, AZ he competed in the Production A class on Saturday for a 50 minute qualifying moto and took 1st with roughly a 58 second lead. This run allowed him to compete in the 2 hour main event on Sunday with the Pro and Pro-Am classes competing at the same time. Henry finished again 1st in the Pro-Am class with an outstanding 8th overall which included the Pro riders. This was the first WORCS race that he has competed in. It was very tough but he rode with a highly competitive heart and put a pleased smile on his sponsor's faces.
Cole Henry will compete in both the WORCS and AMA-ATV MX series for the entire 2010 season as a Can-Am X team rider, pulling double duty as he plans to compete in the Production A and the Pro-Am classes.
